The 8 a.m. field memo.

Campaign managers on FrontlineHQ get an automated field memo every morning at 8 a.m. It covers yesterday's doors knocked, contact rates, and turf progress. It also includes a quality spot-check: one turf is sampled each day and checked against the reported results. The memo doubles as a check on whether the log itself is accurate.

Phone-bank spend and voicemail activity are monitored the same way, with their own daily digests going out alongside the field memo. A manager running both a door program and a phone program gets both digests in the same inbox, at the same hour, instead of chasing two separate reports from two separate vendors.

The manager reads the memo before the first coffee is finished. No one has to ask the field team how yesterday went or pull a report together. The campaign wakes up already knowing where the field program stands.
